Background
The founder of the company shares his story:
“As long as I remember myself, I was involved in business one way or another.
“Web-Marketing” Agency was founded in 2009. Extensive experience has been accumulated for 12 years of work since we saw different businesses from the outside and from the inside, helped to set up and organize processes from scratch, make calculations and compose business plans.
This practice has contributed to the development of our own principles and values in business:
- focusing on set goals — KPI;
- automation and optimization of all processes;
- doing what you know and can do well;
- introduction of new tools and progressive practices;
- ongoing search for KPI growth zones;
- continuous development;
- trust, transparency of relations with clients and responsibility.

What we don’t do

We do not take on unfinished projects and websites that were not originally created for the purpose of selling goods/services;

We do not set up advertising without tracking conversions (calls, orders, requests, etc.);

We do not engage in work that does not produce results and does not affect the achievement of set advertising campaign goals. We do not make reports on the work done. We make reports on the results achieved;

We do not advertise websites with unethical or misleading content: casinos, dietary supplements, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), alternative medicine, fortune telling, alcohol, sex shops, forex, etc.;

We do not set up advertising on the principle of “pick a dozen keywords and make a couple of ads.” Instead, we adhere to the following scheme: “Setting up analytics — Setting up advertising campaigns — Testing — Analysis — Optimization;”

We do not work with advertising campaigns on a one-off basis, periodically upon request or on an hourly basis.

Our mission
One of the goals of our team is to break stereotypes about PPC advertising, which have formed in difficult Ukrainian realities. Selling online is not just a possible option, it will soon become the main channel for all business sales. But the approach should not be just “website + advertising”, but “professional website + competent advertising + marketing + sales department + analysis of results + conclusion + decision making”.
There are no magic buttons: it is impossible to “tweak the advertisement so that sales increase out of the blue.” We always work for you at maximum speed with maximum efficiency.
But no matter how well we set up advertising, this is not a panacea for all business problems, it will not solve the blunders at other stages (assortment, price, website, order processing, product quality, delivery, etc.).
That is, we cannot compensate for the shortcomings of the sales department or the insufficient quality of the goods with advertising.
Let’s be realistic: the business must be calculated through and through.
